Diana DeMar (a.k.a. Diana Demar, Diana De Mar), actress turned guru, is an actress, singer, and America’s # 1 Life Energy Coach/Self-Help writer and teacher. She writes extensively on inner human power, promoting self-awareness and mind control as the only way to control and authenticity. She believes that all of this is connected through the invisible energy of the universe that keeps us connected with perfection, which is where we come from. She is becoming well known through the use of fun, innovative life tools that she utilizes in her books and teachings. Her daily focus is to help others through coaching, teaching, consulting and healing using a variety of programs that she has created.
After graduating as a physician's assistant, Diana DeMar decided to embark on a life journey of exploration - to search beyond what she had studied in textbooks. Diana spent most of her life in New York where she worked as a model. At the same time, she became an actress and singer (with two CDs to her name) and appeared in two feature films, both of which have won several awards. In 2000, Diana relocated to Los Angeles and developed her public speaking skills at KRLA, a local radio station. Her experience on stage, film, and in comedy radio has enhanced her ability to communicate and enabled her to personally touch people and inspire them.
As an accomplished actress and singer-songwriter, Diana spent the last three years of her life searching for happiness, in meditation. She reached a higher level of consciousness and now considers herself to be a Life Transformation Expert. This enables her to assist people in re-creating their lives on the road to joy and happiness. The core of her programs is based on universal, simple life rules from Eastern thought, science, philosophy, mysticism, etc.
In 2006, Diana DeMar graduated from iPEC (Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching) and became a Certified Life and Business Coach. "Going through this training is what I consider my third transformation within the last two years". She specializes in Core Energy Coaching, meaning coaching from within with an emphasis on helping individuals and groups improve their mental and physical well-being, and happiness. "I love helping people bring beauty and youth into their lives", she claims. Diana DeMar is also trained under Dr. Deepak Chopra, M.D., and, is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Diana possesses an exuberant, energetic, fun-loving personality and has always been able to bring this energy to any project in which she becomes interested. " I am spiritually and idealistically motivated, and I have a naturally questioning mind. I strive to serve my community through leadership and service, and am ever mindful of helping individuals become role models while being one myself."

Her programs cover every aspect of business and life coaching. They range from individualized custom-tailored to group programs with emphasis on the individual regardless of the setting, and for all age groups.
Diana’s first book, is due out in a few months. Upcoming projects include follow-up books as well as a series of multi-media programs for discovery and empowering mind, body, and spirit.
